  1. Machine Wash & Wear and Tear
    • Fabric Endurance: We are not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear or the fabric’s inability to withstand the mechanical action of a standard washing machine or dryer.
    • Weakened Fabrics: We are not liable for holes, tears, or thinning of fabric that appears after washing due to previous weakening (e.g., from sun exposure, age, or chemical use).
  2. Shoes & Sneakers
    • Adhesive Failure: Many shoes are constructed with glues that degrade over time. We are not responsible for soles separating, peeling, or glue failure that occurs during the cleaning process, as this indicates pre-existing degradation of the shoe’s adhesive.
    • Shape & Structure: While we use proper drying methods, we are not liable for slight changes in shape or structure due to the inherent nature of the material (e.g., suede, leather, or mesh).
  3. Color Bleeding & Shrinkage
    • Color Fastness: We are not responsible for color loss, bleeding, or fading. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us if an item is new or likely to run.
    • Shrinkage: We are not liable for shrinkage unless specific "Cold Wash/Air Dry" instructions were clearly given at drop-off and noted on the receipt.
  4. Buttons, Zippers & Accessories
    • We are not responsible for the loss or damage of buttons, zippers, beads, sequins, or other embellishments that may detach during the cleaning process.
  5. Unclaimed Items
    • Items must be collected within 21 days of notification.
    • Items left beyond the said days will be sold or donated to charity to recover storage and cleaning costs. We are not liable for items after this period.
  6. Liability
    • In the rare event of loss or damage where we accept liability, compensation shall not exceed 3 times the cost of cleaning that specific item. We do not pay for the replacement value of the garment or shoe.
